In 1899, Tesla claimed to receive radio signals from extraterrestrials. He was also testing wireless telegraphy and in 1899 he claimed so telegraphy like a telegraphy. In 1901, Tesla wrote to the Collier's Weekly that changes were taking place periodically with such a clear suggestion of number and order that they were not traceable to any cause known to me.
