Our healthcare system imposes this weird divide between physical health and mental health, which is in no way borne out by science. Much of therapy turns out not to be covered by insurance policies or covered in name only. So essentially you have a system that's running on cash, which means that if you can afford it, you can get it. But if you can't, you don't. That's normal.
