Is There a Cut Off Point for Strokes?

There are a couple of trials going on which will look at using the cut off for five minutes and looking to see whether, if you give any coagulan for these you will prevent stroke. If people have a low risk anyway, then the risk of getting a stroke is low no matter what. And if you've got a higher stroke risk, then shorter episodes may be more important.
