How to Meditate for a Long Time
Sometimes to get into meditation, I'll actually start with breastwork or pranayama. Sometimes you just got to go 10 minutes for 10 days and then try a 20. Other times when I've been in a really reflective mode, I do 40 minutes and I'm loving it. So find us a tall spine and close your eyes if you can,.
