We've got to make sure that there's a basic level of knowledge across the entire organization. I suggest people take these base level courses, organizations need to get their people up to speed in these type of courses. They also need to look at AI, not just as a cutting cost, which I believe is a defensive move,. But finding new verticals, finding new growth areas, finding new businesses. And finally, I think a very critical part of this should also be reskilling.
