Is Vasopravia a Risk to the Fetus?
Vasopravia is a vellamentis insertion of the fetal blood vessels over the maternal loss. The presenting part of the fetus can rupture the fetal blood vessel leading to fetal exangulation and you're not going to see blood coming out of the vagina. This is really only a threat to the fetus not to the mother.
