The Economics of Health Related to Basketball

Basketball is a contact sport but there are certain strict limits for that contact does that make it safer in terms of the risk of catastrophic injuries compared to other sports. It's not a game in which contact collision hitting quote unquote as the American football phrase has it is the norm and it was quite a shock to me because I do have literally watched American football and you don't realize quite how much violence you are internalizing when watching any given game. The statistics bear this out as well if you occur injured of school kids playing sports college athletes or in the professional leagues it isn't a sport without injuries.
