How Can You Identify Barriers to Your Strategy?

Cristi Ers: I love to where that strategic team started, where they ended was very different. And so i'm going to start with angelica and she comes from the consumer goods industry. For her strategy to be success, it would have to be true that consumers will value vegan and ego friendly dog product. So how would you advise angelica to, and helicoms, pardon me if i am pronouncing this, what test could she start to design to answer that question?
