The Power of Prosecutors

Sherlyn Eiffel was on the show recently sounding the alarm about state legislatures and governors who are attacking those prosecutors, stripping of them of their powers. And you note in your book that in Orlando, the prosecutor announced that she would never seek the death penalty prompted the governor to issue an executive order removing murder cases from her office. But I would say otherwise, it's pretty interesting that many of these progressive prosecutors have been reelected and continue.
