Relisha Rudd was an 8-year-old girl living with her mother at a homeless shelter, when she disappeared one day. Many theorize that the janitor at the shelter – who had a felony record for burglary, larceny, and breaking and entering, and had been spending a lot of time with Relisha alone – kidnapped her.
