Is Rocky on PEDs for Rocky III?

I hate asking this, but I'm going to ask it. Was Rocky on PEDs for Rocky III? Yeah. This is where we only really knew about it with some of the Russian Olympic teams. When the baseball players went on the Nautilus programs, that was the other one. There's been a lot of good ones, but I don't know.
