The ACLU and the Colorado ACLU

Mark Silverstein: I was quite upset watching some of the video coming out of Denver and elsewhere. Judge Jackson who was the first judge to hear a request for a temporary restraining order said he was very upset by what he saw in video. So he held a hearing immediately and gave the parties like less than an hour to draft proposed orders. He signed an order forbidding some of the worst of the police conduct.
