Jessica Taylor's remains were close to the Gilgo for and she shared a lot of characteristics with lists, other victims. It's not that Jessica was most likely a victim of the Long Island serial killer. But like Lex said, it's clear that Jessica and Valerie were victims of the same murderer. And oddly enough, Valerie used the alias Melissa Taylor during her sex work, which was obviously eerily similar to Jessica Taylor.
