Is the Web Three Point O a Mainstream Concept?

Baxter: I don't give a shit what the premise of web three point o is. We are not even close, in my opinion, to like, proving that it's going to be a main stream concept. Annabel milla says, isn't the web threepoint o premise that web two point o had driven business models at the funct? What is web three point O? Well, my understanding of some of the goal of web threePointO is to distribute some of the economics back to the people and away from those companies. And i think google has some sense of how it might evolve.
