The more you try not to be anxious, in my experience, the more like friction you create. So for me, it was about, i'm going to react anxiously to things, that's ok. But how i respond to that, that's where i have autonomy. I think people need to realize that what you say there is, it's that space in between, steve listened rehsponse, that that's where people have power.
