Ecentric tork decreased to a greater extent. Ecentric only training was still causing more muscle damage than the concentric only training. Soreness significantly mitigatingd and perhaps going away completely overtime, that's a very normal outcome. There's no strong evidence that soreness is particularly predictive of training outcome.
