How to Do a Ketogenic Diet

You can have lots of salads and vegetables, low carbohydrate vegetables, but you're going to have a lot of olive oil, avocados, maybe nuts, other foods that are very high in fat. You can do a vegan version of the ketogenic diet or a vegetarian version of it. So I definitely want to pay attention to people's blood pressure and blood glucose and their lipid levels. Triglycerides, HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. And making sure that we're moving in the right direction when we use this intervention.
