The Six Chapters of the Aras Moriendi

The six chapters apply to the longer text of the Aras Moriendi. They lay out the main contents that are still contained in the shorter version as well but just in three shorter sections. The first chapter covers a general overview of the art of dying and also talks about the need to prepare for death. In response to each of these temptations, an angel offers advice and encouragement. There's a great emphasis on the need to just be clear about the faith that has been handed on to us through the church.
