The European Union and the Single Currency
The trend towards xenophobia and nationalism has acquired a closer force within the European Union. The only way out of this relapse into a nationalist division of Europe is to continue the integration process in a democratic direction, he says. In fact, for decades the populations perceived the European project as a positive zum game and embraced it.
