Playing Video Games With Your Kids
Our kids don't get their own screen time until they've achieved a certain number of active minutes. The other thing we allow in our house is they can play games with us. It's not a part of the screen time, like it will go for a walk and do Pokemon Go or we'll get on a Zoom call with a friend in another state who they can do a Pokemon Go battle with. If we're doing something that's challenging and learning and creating and collaborating, we don't really worry or care about that at all.

It's been renamed Super Better and been evaluated by clinical trials, randomized control studies, and all kinds of scientific white papers as the top game in the world treating depression, anxiety and pain.
Is it any wonder Jane was the first person to study computer and video games in her PhD at Berkeley?
