How to Translate Your Positioning for Different Markets
In general, and I've worked in a lot of big companies that sold stuff globally where we had significant business outside of the United States. It's been rare where I've seen cases where the core positioning was actually different for different markets. The sales narrative doesn't actually change all that much, but you may emphasize a piece of that narrative in a different way than the others. Technistically, there might be things going on in a region that you want to take advantage of.
