The Importance of User Onboarding

If you really want to up retention or engagement within your product, your next killer feature shouldn't be a feature at all. It should probably be some sort of improvement to the first five minutes of using your product. For me, if you can get software that people are finding relevant and are using, there's a lot of room to optimize what you have in place.
