The President Moved the Chest Pieces on the Board

The president really does enjoy this kind of unique first mover advantage over other people, because he can move military forces from place to place. Trump has moved these chest pieces in a very different direction than any president i can remember, but none the less, he's moved the chest pieces on the board.
