Do We Do Original Intent?
There is not word one in this Constitution about abortion, which necessarily means it's not a federal issue. There are other issues that you look at the textings ago, I have no idea. You've got a tough uphill climb here because if you want abortion on demand at the federal level, you have to invent two new constitutional rights. That's what the 1974 court did in Roe versus Wade.
