Are Republicans Capitalizing on the Pandemic?
Both candidates in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are progressive. They've distanced themselves from that title, but historically they've taken more progressive positions on criminal justice reform. On top of that, you have these larger cities in Pennsylvania andWisconsin, Philadelphia and Milwaukee places that have seen upticks and crime during the pandemic. And so a lot of the suburban areas near there, there are voters who are like, we don't want that to happen in our suburb as well.
