The notion that we can all get rich by trading actively just doesn't make any sense. Warren Buffett is a national hero in schools all across America when kids are introduced to the concept of investing. They're often encouraged to become little buffets playing stock market games where they pick individual stocks rather than being taught the sensible route of dollar cost averaging their way into low fee index funds.
