Is Social Media a Bad Idea?

I feel like we always have to keep representing im and keep being public. If you disappear for a week, then an impostor sindrum kicks in pretty, pretty big. Im backing away from social media. And it's t's just a weird feeling. I know exactly that feeling. Even after a last week, i fell like i didn't want to open twitter again for, i didn't know how long. What you need to do is just stop and clear your head, to give yourself that space so when you do sit down, you you can take off with it.
