Trial Perspectives: The Penny-Neely Case

The manslaughter trial of Marine Corp Veteran Daniel Penny enters its second week with several witnesses saying they were relieved when Penny placed a belligerent Jordan Neely in a chokehold. Prosecutors are saying Penny took it too far and killed Neely, a homeless and mentally ill man who was yelling threats at passengers. The defense says Penny was defending himself and his fellow passengers.

FOX’s John Saucier speaks with CB Cotton, FOX News correspondent based in New York and has been outside the courthouse since the first day of the trial, about the latest witness testimony and the racial undertones of this much followed case.
