Ralph Burley was charged with murder in the death of Eric Burley. The defense called Michelle Daniels as a witness to try and bolster an alibi for Ralph. But cross examination showed that she knew it couldn't have been him because she had seen him that day. This really undercuts that alibi defense that is the heart of Ralph's defense, says Bob Greene.
