The Metaverse Book by Matthew Ball

The metaverse is a massively scaled and interoperable network of real-time rendered 3D virtual worlds that can be experienced synchronously and persistently by an effectively unlimited number of users. It's basically the sci-fi definition of the metaverse in my mind. I don't think you can make game art with it yet, but it's a lot of fun to play around with. We're going to talk about the metaverse book by Matthew Ball. And if we've got some more time, we'll talk about Facebook's metaverse efforts.
