The Importance of Freedom in Private Practice
I think the power that was brought to bear to stamp out our ability to do a scientific analysis, to reach an audience and tell them what we thought to practice responsible medicine is ferocious. The degree to which it failed to stamp out the actual discussion is I think remarkable and quite hopeful. But many people are at least somewhat awake and that is a very hopeful sign. We will see more wake up over time.
