If a company trains a model that then is used by someone else down the line to successfully create a buyer weapon, or successfully harm people in a really big way, who should be legally accountable for that? I think currently our idea with product regulations is that, you know, if you manufacture a weapon and then someone uses it, it's the person who uses it who's responsible. But maybe the incentives for these firms would be a lot better and a lot more aligned with society. If we said no, like, if you train and release a technology that is then used to harmPeople in a massive way, you're a smart, you've been negligent  and you should be held
