Nicha's Philosophy of Culture

Nicha doesn't believe that culture is up to the task. If anything, it's alligned against producing great individuals. He seems to see the symptoms of an absolute uprooting of culture and the increasing rush and hurry of life. And so he recognizes how the seitgeist is moving against the ideal that he sees as the true aim of all culture.
