Introduction
Lawrence Hurst is a professor of evolutionary genetics and the founding director of the Miller Center for Evolution at the University of Bath in England. Lawrence developed his approach to signs in Oxford, Harvard and Cambridge. Martin Lutcher became a postdoc in his lab at Bath after his PhD in theoretical physics but still often quote things that he learned from him.
