If you want to understand religious vows, think of it along these lines. Why woudn't you accept something like chastity or celibacy? Because you don't want to be in that game of constantly searching for that pleasure. Jesus says, hey, you know what? Take the lowest place because you're probg to find more interesting people on table one 35. Ispacally, a lot more fun. And god bless you.
