What's the Motivation Behind the Minimum Wage?
I don't know where people get this crack putt idea that without minimum wage, every employee would be making $0 an hour because if that were true, there'd be nobody working anywhere. And furthermore, the thing people should remember is that labor, it's a good, like other goods. Look, this is typically Democrats who do this kind of thing. I can't remember the last Republican that made minimum wage an issue. The motivation isn't conducting good economic policy. The motivation is getting elected.
