The Importance of Data Analytics in Enterprise Risk Management
I think one of the things that we had huge value from as a company is as we're doing kind of our planning, forecasting and log range planning. We did a lot of work on data analytics to kind of say, what are the potential different outcomes? You can't do that without good analytics. I love those two additions. And at the end of the day, we do what we do because of our, of our customers or our clients, right? If we're not thinking about what we're doing to make them more successful, it's not abundantly clear what our purpose is.
