Mottos: There are different model structures, model logic with certain type of political processes and factors. So we want to spend our money, our time on the questions that are actually important to the real war decision makers. We should ask them what o the questions they really care about, and then make model development accordingly. The second challenge is that a models have strength and weaknesses. And there are some parts that are stronger than the others.
