I Didn't Do Nothing
Time is something we neglect to learn when we learn a language. It's kind of quite hard to tell time in a foreign language, even though it's such a simple concept. If you don't understand, it doesn't really matter. I'll just tell you the correct way. Now I hope you did something today. This one again, I hear from many learners, I didn't do nothing. Can you work out what's wrong in that sentence? In English, we do not put two negatives together. So we have not and nothing. We do not put them together. The opposite of nothing is something.
