The Single-Shot Spinal Epidural Technique
If you have the amp of epi that's a one milligram in one ml if you take 0.2 mls of that you'll have 200 mics I like to use the tooey to get loss of resistance through the ligament and flave them. Then I will insert a spinal needle through this the tooey needle and then I'll get my return to CSF and then I'll give my spinal dose where I may or may not throw a catheter behind it depending on patient condition.
