The Importance of Mindfulness in Recovery From COVID

I had been practising myself mindfulness and meditation for three to four years prior to this health condition but not very regularly. I sort of reached for it in times of crisis rather than as a sort of everyday practice to keep me resilience. So my own personal practice became much more dedicated for me and now I practice every day without fail for anything, well usually between 13, 60 minutes a day. Because I've seen the benefits and I've seen, I've been on the courses where they told you the neuroscience benefits of mindful living. But I've actually seen through my own behaviour and my own wellbeing and my own actions how I've managed to start rewiring my brain in exactly those ways
