The Monkey King and the King's Rejoice
Monks, for some reason, came back. When they heard the story of how three demons had twisted an entire religion, but had been defeated by Pilgrim's son, the Monkey King, they rejoiced. Shwan'song was surprised by how eloquent and wise Monkey could be. The gods had given him a destiny, and he had fulfilled it. Even an evil, rebellious monkey could show change.
