Is There a Right to Stifle Speech?

i think it's because, you know, there's a lot of the right? That just feels really itchy about telling companies what to do out. And i feel like this reflective concern about enterprise and business has become more of a bumper sticker than a carefully thought out position. An wat di, i like that the judge, the majority buer ruling, said that, i'm these companies behave as though there'san, there's an unenumerated right to stifle speech.
