The Power of Adaptability

Kurt: Scott is a great example of what adaptability looks like in its most mature form. He says there's more and more to managers who are willing to give, make sure people know what you want them to accomplish,. but then give them some freedom to get it done in a manner. Kurt: I think that's kind of at the core of what makes adaptability great. The people who live in the moment and are present in the moment or flexible in the moment.
