The T and Do Story

Heaven's Gate is the story of Bonnie Nettles and Marshall Applewhite. The pair met at a seance where they were told to look out for a tall, fair-haired man with light hair who would lead them to their destinies. They went on an extraordinary self-discovery journey around the U.S. before becoming part of what became known as the Heaven's Gate Cult. T and Do changed their names to T and Do and started to refine their philosophy incorporating new ageism, science fiction and Christianity. To this end, every human habit and construction was to be completely stripped away. All understanding of gender, emotion and sexuality was rejected and egos obliterated
