The value of these homes is driven by very human decisions. We look at if there's any kind of obstructions that would be not desirable, such as backing up to a high traffic roadt or are there big ten thousand volt lines in your back yard? It's not easy for data systems to process this kind of information, but it really drives the value of a property. A lot of homes will work from an economic point of view, just like a machine underriding a cap rate,. But it doesn't produce the best investment returns.
