Building a Leadership Culture

We're always looking for the results at the beginning, and rarely at the endta. And so in the areo, as we talked about confidence for a moment, i think this is,. i think this is a big miss for a lot of people. I may have a natural bent to being confident, so therefore that gives me a little bit ofa of an edge an in the confidence gained.
