How to Race With Power

Pacing with power gives you this ability to really gauge your intensity throughout the entire course of a race. So if it is a marathon on changing terrain with changing hills, you can actually pace appropriately with power rather than pace or heart rate. And so we're trying to really promote and educate on the racing with power strategies and planning.
