Recruiting for Remote Work

Remote work is, i think, from a recruiting perspective, is going to be one of the biggest questions you have to answer to candidates for the foreseeable future. Candidates in general, like might be open to going to an office, but they want to hear from the beginningt there is a flexible and agile approach. Bigger companies are the ones that will continue to tussle with that and figure out a way to accommodate the talent pool that wants to be remote.
