How Did You Get Through That Process?
When your mind set is growin that business and client base, it's really hard to let go of them. It kind of feels like you're going backward on on what you built. But the math is pretty evident when you really analyze it. That we're all limited with time. And if 80% of your revenue as come from 20 % of your clients at it kind of makes sense to say, what am i doing with service in all these people? A younger adviser who has more capacity can serve those people better.
